User Submitted Content Policy

SCOPE OF CONTENT

User submitted content may include, but is not limited to, text entries, comments, feedback, and any other information or data entered into the app by users (“Content”).

ACCEPTABLE CONTENT GUIDELINES

To maintain a positive and productive environment, all user submitted content must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Professional and Respectful: Content should be professional, respectful, and appropriate for a workplace setting. Derogatory, offensive, or harmful language is strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy and Truthfulness: Users must ensure that their content is accurate and not misleading. Fabrication or alteration of facts, data, or information is unacceptable.
• Privacy and Confidentiality: Content must respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Sharing of personal information without consent or disclosing confidential business information is not allowed.
• Compliance with Laws: All content must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to harassment, intellectual property rights, and data protection.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following types of content are strictly prohibited within the app:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.

MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

EagleEnvironmental reserves the right to review, moderate, and, if necessary, remove any content submitted by users that violates this Policy. The following actions may be taken in response to violations:

• Account Suspension or Termination: Users who repeatedly violate the Policy may have their access to the app suspended or terminated.

REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users are encouraged to report any content they believe violates this Policy to the app administrators or the designated contact point within EagleEnvironmental. All reports will be treated with confidentiality and investigated promptly.
