Terms of Service (TOS)

Introduction

Welcome to Soul Purpose, an internal application designed exclusively for EagleEnvironmental ("Company") employees. The app is intended to help employees track their performance, manage personal information, receive notices, and access features related to time tracking, bonuses, and more. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Soul Purpose application (the "App"). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the App. If you disagree with these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to all users and others who wish to access or use the App.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our App or a third-party service. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App. See: Global Acceptable Use Policy

User Contributions

You are responsible for any content you contribute to the App, ensuring it is legal, reliable, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. See: Community Guidelines

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

You are responsible for managing your account, including accurate and timely updates to your personal information. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading. 4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company does not guarantee that the App will function without interruption or errors. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the App. See: Terms of Service (ToS)

5. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. See: Terms of Service (ToS)

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Utah and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
